Welcome to Seven Islands Cruises. By booking or participating in any of our cruises, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, authorised partners, or physical sales locations.

2. Booking & Payment

2.1 Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received and a confirmation email has been issued.

2.2 Customer Responsibility

Please ensure all booking details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect information submitted by customers.

2.3 Pricing & Amendments

Prices and special offers may be amended at any time. Confirmed bookings remain unaffected unless changes are requested by the customer.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

3.1 Customer Cancellations

More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund.

Within 48 hours of departure: Non-refundable.

3.2 Operator Cancellations

If Seven Islands Cruises cancels a trip due to weather, safety concerns, or operational reasons, customers may choose a full refund or an alternative date (subject to availability).

4. Safety & Onboard Conduct

4.1 Safety Compliance

Passengers must follow all safety instructions from the crew at all times.

4.2 Prohibited Substances

The possession, use, or influence of narcotics or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in removal and reporting to Port Police under Greek maritime law.

4.3 Behaviour

Abusive, aggressive, or dangerous behaviour towards crew or passengers will result in refusal of boarding or removal from the cruise without refund.

5. Passenger Responsibility & Liability

5.1 Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for loss or damage unless due to proven negligence.

5.2 Medical Fitness

Passengers must ensure they are medically fit to travel. Any relevant conditions must be disclosed in advance.

5.3 Assumption of Risk

By boarding, passengers acknowledge and accept normal risks associated with marine excursions.

6. Photography, Video & Media (GDPR Compliant)

We may take photos and videos during cruises, including images of passengers, for social media and promotional use.

6.1 Right to Decline

Passengers may decline photography or request image removal at any time.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to inform the crew on the day of travel if they do not wish to be photographed.
